All products sold on Turf Shield Window Films are shipped "as-is" and "as available" with no warranty stated or implied. Turf Shield Window Film LLC specifically disclaims warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No oral advice or written information given by shall create a warranty. You expressly agree that the use of the website and of all products purchased through the website is at your sole risk.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds nor exchanges will be made on any products that have been cut to customer specifications or roll smaller than 5 linear feet. These include, but are not limited to, partial film rolls, pre-cut kits, or cut-down film rolls. At the sole discretion of, full rolls of film and tools may be returned if they are unopened and in their original packaging, but the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and will be required to pay a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds and Exchanges of Pre-Cut Kits

Pre-Cut Kits are customized per order, therefore, cannot provide refunds or exchanges. Additionally, cannot be responsible for orders placed incorrectly or inaccurately by the customer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should contact us for details.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
